The Company offers travel advisory services upon the traveler’s request, receiving payment for the Handling Fee, also known as the “Consulting Fee.” These fees support the provision of assistance to individuals and organizations in coordinating and planning their travel arrangements. Our services encompass various aspects, including travel consultancy, itinerary planning, and furnishing travel-related information, among other related services.
2. The Company may acknowledge a request for Consulting Services through various communication channels, including telephone and the submission of a Form (DocuSign). Upon such acceptance, the Contract for Travel Consulting Service becomes effective. The Company requires clients to make bank transfers or wire transfers before availing the service. Sales tax may be applied to the purchase price as deemed necessary by us, and we reserve the right to modify prices at our discretion. All payments must be made in pounds sterling (GBP), covering charges for purchases and relevant shipping fees. We retain the right to rectify errors in pricing, even after payment has been initiated, and hold the authority to decline orders through any means. Additionally, we may, at our sole discretion, impose limits or cancel quantities ordered per person, household, or overall order, including those associated with the same customer account, billing, or shipping address.
3. A refund is only applicable if the client decides to cancel within 48 hours of making the purchase. The refund procedure may take up to 30-40 working days, and clients are welcome to contact us to inquire about the status of their refund. Once the 48-hour window following a valid purchase has elapsed, we cannot provide a refund or compensation. If you find the Company’s refund policy unsatisfactory, we strongly advise against purchasing any services.
4. As a client, you commit to furnishing precise and comprehensive information concerning your travel preferences, requirements, and personal details. You acknowledge that the accuracy of this information is crucial for us to deliver effective consulting services. The Company disclaims responsibility for any consequences that may arise due to inaccurate or incomplete information provided by you.
5. The company is dedicated to protecting customer privacy and ensuring the security of personal information through rigorous measures. Only essential data is collected in accordance with data protection laws, stored securely, and accessed by authorized personnel only. Industry-standard encryption protocols are employed for data transmission, and robust security practices are implemented to prevent unauthorized access or disclosure. Personal information is not shared with third parties without explicit consent, except as required by law. The privacy policy provides details on data handling, storage, and protection, and users agree to these terms when using the services. The company is committed to ongoing improvements for maximum confidentiality and security.

• If the content of the client’s consultation goes against public order and morals or poses a risk of violating the laws and regulations applicable at the tour location.
• If the client is found to be associated with a crime syndicate, corporate racketeer, or any other organized crime.
• If the client makes violent or unreasonable demands, engages in threatening behaviour, uses violence during a transaction, or acts similarly.
• If the client spreads false rumours, uses fraudulent means, intimidates to disrupt our business, or engages in similar conduct.
• In cases of inconvenience related to our business.
9. This Agreement shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the United Kingdom, if your habitual residence is in the EU, and you are a consumer, you additionally possess the protection provided to you by obligatory provisions of the law in your country to residence. Any proceedings arising out of or relating to this Agreement shall be exclusively brought in the courts of the United Kingdom.
10. If any provision of this Agreement is found to be invalid or unenforceable, that provision shall be deemed severed from this Agreement, and the remainder of the Agreement shall remain in full force and effect.
This Agreement constitutes the entire agreement between you and the Company regarding the use of the Website and our services, superseding any prior agreements or understandings.
